O2 Forum Kentish Town takes the needs of disabled customers and those with specific access requirements very seriously and actively encourages all patrons to attend the events scheduled at the venue.

Please note: The venue does not sell tickets over the phone. Only carer tickets and access arrangements can be made through the venue.

Customers who need to contact the venue before booking tickets are:
• Those who need a wheelchair space in the access area
• Those who need a seat in the access area

Once a booking for the access area has been made through the venue, please purchase standard tickets at www.ticketweb.co.uk.
These can just be standard tickets as the venue will have arranged any access requirements.
The Access Area is approx half way back, next to the sound desk, with a clear view of the stage. It is available for customers in wheelchairs or those who need a seat but are unable to climb the stairs to the balcony. As space is limited, we can only guarantee one other person to accompany the customer into the access area.

Customers who can book standard tickets and contact the venue after booking are:
• Those who need a complimentary carer ticket
• Those who only need early entry

Carer tickets are free and unlimited, but need to be booked in advance through the venue over the phone or by email. They are available to collect on the evening of the show from the box office.
Early entry is offered to any customer whose needs mean they require a bit more time to get in and comfortable, or who are unable to queue for long periods.
Customers who are visually impaired or deaf usually don’t have requirements beyond needing early entry or a carer ticket, but if they have questions about the venue they can contact us before booking. Assistance dogs are very welcome, the customer just needs to let us know when they are attending and whether they need the dog to be looked after during the event.

Any customers with specific questions or with more complex needs (i.e. anxiety, claustrophobia, needing to bring medicine etc.) can contact the venue for advice on the best options for them.
