Box Office Hours/Info
Open 2 hours before doors open on SHOW DAYS ONLY for collections and sales. This is usually 5pm for most shows but can vary with club nights and daytime shows. Please check the O2 Academy Brixton’s website for shows and door times. You can only collect tickets for the event that is on that night and no future shows.

Collect from the O2 Academy Brixton on the day of the event. Opening times are above. Take photo ID or the credit card and booking reference number. Please have the confirmation email to hand if at all possible.
If you are unable to collect your ticket and would like someone else to collect on your behalf – they will need a letter of authorisation from yourself – note this cannot be a text message or email and must be printed and handed to the box office upon collection. Any accessible questions or enquiries must be made with the venue directly. Accessible seating can only be booked directly with the venue due to limited spaces.

Disabled seating is on the raised viewing gallery located on house left.
There is a disabled ramp at the building entrance, a disabled toilet at the rear of the auditorium and a first aid room is available.
General Policies: No video or recording devices allowed No food or drink to be taken into the venue.
Age Restrictions: No under 14s standing and to be accompanied by an adult.
Due to sound levels, crowd profiles at shows and the facilities at venues, AMG restrict the age of those attending events to children aged 8 & over. We strongly discourage bringing any child under the age of 8 to shows. We do not recommend subjecting children to loud music over a sustained period of time.
All under 14s must be accompanied at all times by a competent person over the age of 18 (over 16 for O2 Academy Glasgow) and where available at a venue, seated in the balcony or seated area. Children who appear to look under the age of 14 that arrive at a show and cannot prove they are 14 or over may be refused entry depending upon the type of the show. This decision will be made by the duty manager. No more than 2 children per adult over 18 (in the case of O2 Academy Glasgow adult must be over 16).

Accessible Area & Facilities
O2 Academy Brixton accessible platform is located on the left had side of the stalls area. The platform can accommodate up to approximately 6 access ticket holders and their companions.
There is ramp access into the venue via the left hand set of front doors which also leads to the Box Office. The ramp is removable and put in place when needed by security. Please be aware due to the steps and pavement width the ramp is has a steep gradient. Security are on hand to assist on entry and exit. After entering the venue the accessible platform is on one level.
The main floor of the auditorium slopes away below the platform providing a good view over the crowd to the stage (25m approximately).
There is an accessible toilet close to the accessible platform in the Ra Bar, located just outside the auditorium. The accessible toilet is radar key compatible or security / box office staff can provide access on request.
There are no lowered areas at our bars, however there is a bar situated close to the accessible platform providing easy access for companions to purchase drinks. Staff at the bar will assist if required.
The box office does not currently have an induction loop system and is not of an accessible height. Staff will assist as much as possible.
Merchandise is available in the main foyer all products are displayed clearly on a board and can be brought closer to patrons on request.
The venue will host clubs and bands who use strobes effect lighting, signs are displayed as such, on shows with a higher than usual amount/ level of this effect extra signage is displayed.

The closest underground station is Brixton (Victoria Line) this station is an accessible station with lifts to street level, other local stations include Brixton Over ground and Stockwell Underground (Northern Line) however these are not accessible. www.tfl.gov.uk/journeyplanner
Brixton tube & rail stations are approximately 5 minutes from the venue.

There are two disabled parking bays outside of the front of the venue these are not the venues and are public bays.
There is limited parking around O2 Academy Brixton. There are parking bays in the nearby roads and the road opposite the venue which are a mixture of Pay & Display and residential bays (times for free parking and time limits vary - Please check the signage before parking in these areas)
