Venue Box Office Information: The venue box office is open Monday to Sunday 5pm-12am at the Basement Bar.
Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: Tickets held for collection can be collected from the venue box office between 5pm-12am
Monday to Sunday or when doors open on the day of the event.
Please note that, unless otherwise stated, the time advertised on TicketWeb is the door time.
Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your TicketWeb reference number with you or tickets cannot be given out.
General Policies: No smoking. No illegal substances.
Age Restrictions: Gigs- Over 14s / Photographic ID required.
Clubs- Strictly over 18s only / Photographic ID required
Wheelchair Access: Upon arriving at the venue please ask our security to assist, who will glady escort and assist any disabled person into the venue through our side entrance.
Disabled toilets are available in the ground area and the Basement Bar.
Miscellaneous: Parking
As a city centre venue, parking can be an issue.
Pay and Display- on both Windmill Brae and Bridge Place
NCP Car parks- Rose Street, Chapel Street and Shiprow and are all open late.
