Directions: Turn left out of Embankment station, turn right out of Charing Cross station (via the Thistle Hotel – front entrance), half way down Villiers street you’ll see the “Arches Shopping”, turn left; the theatre is halfway down The Arches on your left.
Driving: Villiers Street is a one way street, off the Embankment, the street is mainly pedestrian. No parking on the street, we recommend you use public transport.

Buses: Various routes stopping on the Strand, close to Villiers St -139, 15, 6, 9, 13, 11, 15 ,23, 87, 91, 176

Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: Tickets which have not been posted can only be collected from the box office on the evening of the performance booked. The Box Office opens for ticket collection 45mins before each performance. Please don't forget the original credit card used and the booking confirmation code given as proof of purchase, and valid proof of any concessions claimed.
General Policies: You can take your drink into the theatre as long as it is in a plastic glass. Food is available from the main bar - please see theatre website for details. Smoking is not permitted.
Latecomers will only be admitted by the discretion of management and subject to the specific nature of the performance.
Age Restrictions:
Wheelchair Access: There is full access to the main bar and an accessible toilet. Wheel Chair seats are on the balcony on the right hand side of the theatre – wheelchair access should be mentioned at the time of booking. If you have any special requirements please call the Theatre on 020 7930 5868 and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
There are a limited number of disabled spaces available in the area.

Parking Facilities: There is limited street parking. We recommend using public transport. NCP car parks are available.
