Venue Box Office Information: Box office opening hours: The Box Office is only open on a show day between 4pm and 6pm & 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Please check show days at http://www.o2shepherdsbushempire.co.uk/.
Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: Opening times on show days for collections and advance sales are 4.00pm - 6.00pm / 6.30pm - 9.30pm. Please don't forget the original credit card used and the booking confirmation code given as proof of purchase.
General Policies: No video cameras or recording devices allowed. No food or drink to be taken into the venue.
This is a no smoking venue.
Age Restrictions: Unless otherwise noted the O2 Shepherds Bush Empire does not have an age restriction. However, it is not recommended that under 14s attend an event in the stalls standing area; and it is not suitable for under 5s at all due to continuous sound levels and exposure to strobe lights.
Wheelchair Access: If a customer requires access to the disabled access area at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire they must call the Venue’s Box Office Manager on 020 8354 3300 between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday or email disabledbookings@o2shepherdsbushempire.co.uk to book their tickets and notify the venue of any specific requirements.
The disabled access area is located in stalls and the space is limited to 4 persons plus their carers. Persons who purchase tickets for other areas of the venue may not be able to use the designated disabled access area if it is full.
All persons who are registered disabled are entitled to a free carer’s ticket so please take this into consideration when booking your ticket(s).
Miscellaneous: The Stalls area is on the ground floor in front of the stage with standing room only unless otherwise stated. The upper Levels 1, 2 & 3 are unreserved seating areas although not everyone is guaranteed a seat so there is also standing at the back of each level. Tickets for either of the levels are not valid for the stalls standing area downstairs.
Parking Facilities: Limited street parking. NCP car park on Shepherds Bush Green.
