Venue Box Office Information: The Venue's Box Office opens 12pm-2pm Mon to Sat. Accepts cash, major credit card, personal cheques. Info Line: 0905 020 3999 (* This is a 25p per minute premium rate number.)Please note the venue box office will cease lunchtime opening as of Tuesday 1st December.
Tickets can be purchased at the O2 ABC box office at 300 Sauchiehall Street, open between 10am – 2pm & 3 – 5pm Monday to Saturday (closed 1 – 3pm on Tuesdays).
Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: Any tickets booked in advance for collection may be picked up during box office opening hours (Mon-Sat 12-2pm). Please don’t forget the original credit card used and the booking confirmation code given as proof of purchase.
General Policies: No video cameras or recording devices allowed. No food or drink to be taken into the venue.

Clubs: Over 18s only
Wheelchair Access: If a customer requires access to the disabled access area at O2 Academy Glasgow they must call the Venue’s Box Office Manager on 0141 418 3015 between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday or email disabledbookings@o2academyglasgow.co.uk to book their tickets and notify the venue of any specific requirements.
The disabled access area is not static and is created on a show by show basis depending upon the number of people requiring access, at the venue’s discretion, in the upper standing section.
If you are registered disabled you are entitled to be accompanied by a free carer so please take this into consideration when booking your ticket(s).
