Venue Box Office Information: Box office is open from 2 hours before doors show days only. Payment: Cash sales only
Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: Any tickets left at the box office may be picked up on the day 2 hours before doors open. Please don’t forget your credit card used to book with and your confirmation number given as proof of purchase.
General Policies: No video or recording devices allowed No food or drink to be taken into the venue.
Age Restrictions: No under 14’s standing and to be accompanied by an adult.
Wheelchair Access: If a customer requires access to the disabled access area at O2 Academy Brixton they must call the Venue’s Box Office Manager on 0207 787 3159 between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday or email disabledbookings@o2academybrixton.co.uk to book their tickets and notify the venue of any specific requirements.
The disabled access area is located in stalls and the space is limited to 6 persons plus their carers. Persons who purchase tickets for other areas of the venue may not be able to use the designated disabled access area if it is full.
All persons who are registered disabled are entitled to a free carer’s ticket so please take this into consideration when booking your ticket(s).
