Directions: Travel towards Bristol City Centre and follow signs to the ice rink..
Public Transport: Nearest Rail: Temple Mead. Bus: Any bus that goes to the centre.
Venue Box Office Information: Open from 12.00pm - 4.00pm Monday to Saturday. Pay by cash only.
Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: Any tickets left at the box office may be picked up on the day of the event after the doors open. Please don’t forget your credit card used to book with and your confirmation number given as proof of purchase.
General Policies: No video or recording devices allowed. No food or drink to be taken into the venue. Smoking is not permitted within the venue. Dress code for Friday and Saturday nights.
Age Restrictions: On club nights the minimum age of entry is 18 years. On concert nights the minimum age of entry is 14 years.
Wheelchair Access: If a customer requires access to the disabled access areas at O2 Academy Bristol they must first purchase their tickets. They must then contact the venue on 0117 941 6412 or email disabledbookings@o2academybristol.co.uk with their requirements so the appropriate provisions can be made for them. If the customer does not contact the venue, access to the disabled access area can not be guaranteed so please contact the venue immediately after purchasing your ticket.
Spaces are limited but the venue will do whatever they can to accommodate your needs. Persons who purchase tickets for other areas of the venue may not be able to use the designated disabled access area if it is full.
If you are registered disabled you are entitled to be accompanied by a free carer so please take this into consideration when booking your ticket(s).
Miscellaneous: The venue has a bar and snacks are available. Air-conditioned.
Parking Facilities: Nearest car park is Trenchard car park in Park Row.
