Public Transport: Nearest rail: Edinburgh Haymarket.
Venue Box Office Information: The venue box office will be open Monday to Friday 12-2pm. On Saturdays, the venue box office will be open 12 -4pm.
Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: Tickets held for collection can be collected from the box office between 12pm-2pm Monday to Saturday or when doors open on the day of the event. Please note that, unless otherwise stated, the time advertised on TicketWeb is the door time. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your TicketWeb reference number with you.
General Policies: No smoking. No illegal substances.
Age Restrictions: Strictly over 14s, under 16s with adult. Photographic ID required. The venue only accept passports, driving licences, provisional drivers licenses and PASS cards – anything else will be refused.
Wheelchair Access: The Edinburgh Picture House takes the needs of disabled customers very seriously and actively encourages people of all abilities to attend the events scheduled at their venue. Though built in the 1920s, the building has been modernised to allow wheelchair access via front of house (please note there is no backstage disabled access) and we do advise customers to arrive at the venue 15 minutes prior to doors, ideally accompanied by a companion over 18 years old who will be admitted free of charge.
The free companion ticket is available to patrons who are registered disabled. Both the ticket to be paid for and the free companion ticket needs to be booked in advance.
