Directions: Follow directions to the city centre. Once you've reached the main entrance to the castle, look for a pub called Dempseys and a shop called Blacks. Between there is a side street. The venue is situated halfway down and on the left hand side..
Public Transport: Nearest rail - Cardiff Central station.
Venue Box Office Information: Box Office & General Info- 029 2023 2199. Open from Mon to Fri 10am-6pm.
Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: Any tickets booked in advance for collection may be picked up on the day of the event only after the doors open. Please don't forget the original credit card used and the booking confirmation code given as proof of purchase.
General Policies: No video cameras or recording devices allowed. No food or drink to be taken into the venue. No dress code.
