Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: Tickets can be collected in advance from the '229' Box Office, during the opening times as indicated above. However, please be aware that Box Office Collection hours and arrangements can occasionally vary.
For most events, collection will be available on the night of the event at the venue entrance. Please check in advance.
In order to pick up your tickets the cardholder must be present and provide:
the card used to purchase the tickets
a signature upon collection
You may also be asked to provide valid photo ID, driver's license or passport.
