Directions: Travelling By Car From the Midlands (M40) 1. Take M40 Junction 9, the A34 turn-off to Oxford. 2. Take the third Oxford exit, which takes you onto the ring road. 3. Carry round the ring road over the next three roundabouts. 4. Take the next exit, leave the ring road, and drive down onto a roundabout. Take the left towards the City centre. 5. Go over a small roundabout and follow this road for about 2 miles. This is now Cowley road. From London (M40) 1. Take M40 Junction 8, the A40 turn-off to Oxford. 2. Go left onto the ring road at the first roundabout. 3. Go straight over three sets of lights and through the BMW plant. 4. Take the next exit, leave the ring road, and drive down onto a roundabout. Take the right towards the City centre. 5. Go over a small roundabout and follow this road for about 2 miles. This is now Cowley road.

Venue Box Office Information: O2 Academy Oxford Box Office sells tickets for the Academy and all other O2 Academies. It does note sell for any other venue, including the O2 Arena.
Box office hours: Monday-Saturday will be 12 noon until 4pm (public holidays may vary).
It will be possible to purchase tickets for future shows during the evening when there is a show at the venue, however this will be CASH ONLY.
It will not be possible to get a ticket refund for cancelled or rescheduled shows during evening sales.
Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: You can collect your ticketweb tickets during box office hours, only when bringing along your reference number. It is advisable to get there early as possible due to increased congestion near to the time the show starts. The box office opens 15 minutes before the door time stated for the event, and closes 15 minutes after the last band goes on stage.

General Policies: No Digital SLR cameras, video cameras, tape recorders or other recording equipment will be allowed into O2 Academy Oxford.
Age Restrictions: Due to sound levels, crowd profiles at shows and the facilities at venues, AMG restrict the age of those attending events to children aged 8 & over. We strongly discourage bringing any child under the age of 8 to shows. We do not recommend subjecting children to loud music over a sustained period of time.
All under 14s must be accompanied at all times by a competent person over the age of 18 (over 16 for O2 Academy Glasgow) and where available at a venue, seated in the balcony or seated area. Children who appear to look under the age of 14 that arrive at a show and cannot prove they are 14 or over may be refused entry depending upon the type of the show. This decision will be made by the duty manager. No more than 2 children per adult over 18 (in the case of O2 Academy Glasgow adult must be over 16).
Wheelchair Access: Academy1 is very accessible, with straight access from the street and disabled toilet facilities. Academy2 is only accessible by two flights of stairs with the disabled toilet being on the ground floor. Our security will be happy to carry any wheelchairs up the stairs, however, this may not suit all customers, so please bare in mind before booking. If a customer require disabled access we strongly suggest contacting the venue on 01865 813 500 or emailing mail@o2academyoxford.co.uk with their requirements so the appropriate advise can be given. There is no separate disabled area. If you are registered disabled you are entitled to be accompanied by a free carer so please take this into consideration when booking your ticket(s). To book your free carer ticket you will need to contact the venue directly on 01865 813 500 or mail@o2academyoxford.co.uk immediately after booking tickets as free carers tickets are only available when there are tickets available for the show (not once it has sold out.)
Miscellaneous: CLOAK-ROOM FACILITIES O2 Academy Oxford accepts coats and bags at £1.50 per item. The cloakroom is located on the ground floor.
