Directions: From the M6 Liverpool is accessed via the M58, M56 and M62, the venue is a few minutes from Lime Street BR off London Road and Lord Nelson Street. .

Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: Any tickets booked in advance for collection may be picked up on the day of the event, only by the card holder, after the doors open. Please don't forget the original credit card used and the booking confirmation code given as proof of purchase.

General Policies: No video camera or recording devices allowed. No food or drink to be taken into the venue.

Age Restrictions: Due to sound levels, crowd profiles at shows and the facilities at venues, AMG restrict the age of those attending events to children aged 8 & over. We strongly discourage bringing any child under the age of 8 to shows. We do not recommend subjecting children to loud music over a sustained period of time.

All under 14s must be accompanied at all times by a competent person over the age of 18 (over 16 for O2 Academy Glasgow) and where available at a venue, seated in the balcony or seated area. Children who appear to look under the age of 14 that arrive at a show and cannot prove they are 14 or over may be refused entry depending upon the type of the show. This decision will be made by the duty manager. No more than 2 children per adult over 18 (in the case of O2 Academy Glasgow adult must be over 16).

Wheelchair Access: If a customer requires access to the disabled access area at O2 Academy Liverpool they must call the Venue’s Box Office Manager on 0151 707 3200 between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday or email disabledbookings@o2academyliverpool.co.uk to book their tickets and notify the venue of any specific requirements. The disabled access areas are limited to 4 persons plus their carers for events in O2 Academy and to 2 persons and their carers for events in O2 Academy 2. Persons who purchase tickets for other areas of the venue may not be able to use the designated disabled access area if it is full. All persons who are registered disabled are entitled to a free carer’s ticket so please take this into consideration when booking your ticket(s).
