Venue Box Office Information: The Point at Leicester Students’ Union is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday term time. Public holidays may vary.

Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: All tickets booked in advance for collection may be picked up on the evening of the event after the doors open. You must bring with you the original card used to purchase the tickets and the confirmation code given as proof of purchase.

General Policies:

Age Restrictions: Due to sound levels, crowd profiles at shows and the facilities at venues, AMG restrict the age of those attending events to children aged 8 & over. We strongly discourage bringing any child under the age of 8 to shows. We do not recommend subjecting children to loud music over a sustained period of time.

All under 14s must be accompanied at all times by a competent person over the age of 18 (over 16 for O2 Academy Glasgow) and where available at a venue, seated in the balcony or seated area. Children who appear to look under the age of 14 that arrive at a show and cannot prove they are 14 or over may be refused entry depending upon the type of the show. This decision will be made by the duty manager. No more than 2 children per adult over 18 (in the case of O2 Academy Glasgow adult must be over 16).

Wheelchair Access: Wheelchair users are entitled to a carer free of charge to come with them and this person does not require a ticket. Access into the venue is on street level for all rooms.
The disabled access area is on the balcony level in O2 Academy Leicester. There are no static disabled access areas in O2 Academy2 Leicester & O2 Academy3 Leicester so please contact the venue to discuss requirements.

Disabled customers should buy one standard ticket which will allow themselves & an assistant into the venue. Please notify lu@o2academyleicester.co.uk when tickets have been booked so provisions can be made.

Miscellaneous: There is no parking on site as the venues are on the campus of Leicester University. There is street parking located in nearby streets and a public car park at nearby Victoria Park.
