General Policies: No video camera or recording devices allowed. No food or drink to be taken into the venue. No dress code.
Age Restrictions: Due to sound levels, crowd profiles at shows and the facilities at venues, AMG restrict the age of those attending events to children aged 8 & over. We strongly discourage bringing any child under the age of 8 to shows. We do not recommend subjecting children to loud music over a sustained period of time.
All under 14s must be accompanied at all times by a competent person over the age of 18 (over 16 for O2 Academy Glasgow) and where available at a venue, seated in the balcony or seated area. Children who appear to look under the age of 14 that arrive at a show and cannot prove they are 14 or over may be refused entry depending upon the type of the show. This decision will be made by the duty manager. No more than 2 children per adult over 18 (in the case of O2 Academy Glasgow adult must be over 16).
Wheelchair Access: If a customer requires access to the disabled access area at O2 Academy Islington ****they must first purchase their tickets****. They then must contact the venue on 020 7288 4410 or email disabledbookings@o2academyislington.co.uk with their requirements so the appropriate provisions can be made for them. If the customer does not contact the venue, access to the disabled access area can not be guaranteed so please contact the venue immediately after purchasing your ticket. The disabled access area is not static and is created on a show by show basis depending upon the number of people requiring access, at the venue’s discretion. If you are registered disabled you are entitled to be accompanied by a free carer so please take this into consideration when booking your ticket(s).
