Public Transport: All buses into the city centre are within short walking distance. The nearest train station is Birmingham New Street station but both Snow Hill and Moor Street stations are within a 10 minute walk.

Venue Box Office Information: The Box Office is currently situated at 16-18 Horsefair, Bristol Street,B1 1DB.
To purchase tickets in person, O2 Academy Birmingham Box Office is open for cash ticket sales at these times:

Monday – Friday 12noon – 5.30pm
Saturday 11am – 4pm

Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: Any tickets booked in advance for venue collection may be picked up once the doors have opened for the event. Please ensure you bring the original card used to purchase the tickets and the booking confirmation number given as proof of purchase. The card holder will need to sign for all of the tickets.

General Policies: Smoking is NOT permitted in any area of the venue but pass outs may be granted after a specific point. Please check with the staff on duty for more information on arrival.

Age Restrictions: All under 14s must be accompanied at all times by a competent person over the age of 18 and where available at a venue, seated in the balcony or seated area. Children who appear to look under the age of 14 that arrive at a show and cannot prove they are 14 or over may be refused entry depending upon the type of the show. This decision will be made by the duty manager. No more than 2 children per adult over 18.

Due to sound levels, crowd profiles at shows and the facilities at venues, AMG restrict the age of those attending events to children aged 8 & over. We strongly discourage bringing any child under the age of 8 to shows. We do not recommend subjecting children to loud music over a sustained period of time.

Wheelchair Access: There is a designated static area situated on the balcony level suitable for 6 registered disabled persons and their carers in O2 Academy Birmingham. For stalls only events at O2 Academy Birmingham there is a static raised area suitable for 6 persons and their carers.

In O2 Academy2 Birmingham there is a designated static area for 4 registered disabled persons and their carers.

There is no static area in O2 Academy3 Birmingham but provisions can be made on request.

The static disabled access areas are accessible using a lift. There are low level counters throughout the venue and access to disabled toilets will be with a radar key. Please contact the venue for further information.
