Venue Box Office Information: To purchase tickets in person, O2 ABC Glasgow is open for cash ticket sales at these times:
Monday – Friday: 10am – 6pm
Saturday: 10am – 2pm, 3pm – 5pm
Sunday: closed
No booking fee is charged on cash transactions. Public holidays may vary.

Box Office Collections/Venue pickup: All tickets booked in advance for collection may be picked up on the evening of the event after the doors open. You must bring with you the original card used to purchase the tickets and the confirmation code given as proof of purchase.

General Policies: No video camera or recording devices allowed.
No food or drink to be taken in to the venue.
Smoking allowed in allocated areas outside.

Age Restrictions: Due to sound levels, crowd profiles at shows and the facilities at venues, AMG restrict the age of those attending events to children aged 14 & over. Children who appear to look under the age of 14 that arrive at a show and cannot prove they are 14 or over may be refused entry depending on the type of show. This decision will be made by the duty manager.

Wheelchair Access: Disabled Bookings: Disabled customers should buy one standard ticket which will allow themselves & a carer into the venue.
Wheelchair users are entitled to a carer free of charge to come with them and this person does not require a ticket. Access into the venue is on street level and there are lifts to all floors. In the O2 ABC Glasgow there is a permanent viewing platform for wheelchair users which can accommodate approximately 6 people. In O2 ABC 2 Glasgow there is no viewing platform.

Miscellaneous: Venue is fully air conditioned.
Regarding parking spaces, after 6pm customers can park for free in parking bays on and around Sauchiehall Street. The closest car park is on Elmbank Street (next to Charing Cross railway station) which is approx a 5 minute walk from the O2 ABC.

Parking Facilities: There is no car park at the O2 ABC Glasgow.
