If a customer requires access to the disabled access area at O2 Academy Birmingham their tickets can be purchased through any agency. They then must contact the venue on 0121 622 8250 or email disabledbookings@o2academybirmingham.co.uk with their requirements so the appropriate provisions can be made for them. If the customer does not contact the venue, access to the disabled access area can not be guaranteed so please contact the venue immediately after purchasing your ticket.

The disabled access area is not static and is created on a show by show basis depending upon the number of people requiring access, at the venue’s discretion.

If you are registered disabled you are entitled to be accompanied by a free carer so please take this into consideration when booking your ticket(s).
