 | Friday, February 26 at 9:00 PM 2 Bears with Ross Allen, Hot City and Special Guests
In the last few months, Joe Goddard from Hot Chip and Raf Daddy (the brains behind the hugely successful 1965 Record label) have been spending some special time together in a secret studio making proper bleepy house music as The 2 Bears. We went to one of their warehouse raves a month or so ago and had more fun than we have had in a long time. Anyway, Hot Chip are playing at Brixton Academy, so we have asked Joe and Raf to put together a little after party thing for us. Support comes from the hugely talented Ross Allen and the ‘about to massive’ Hot City.

 | Saturday, February 27 at 9:00 PM Norman Jay featuring Special Guests
Original soul boy and full time nice guy Norman Jay has been one of our favourite DJs for as long as we can remember. The Good Times stage is definitely one of the highlights of Notting Hill Carnival, and his regular broadcasts and compilations remind us just how deep his record collection and musical knowledge is. Whenever he plays for us there is a queue around the block and smiles all night long. Trust us when we say you are going to need advance tickets for this. Support on the night comes from Spiritual South.

 | Friday, March 19 at 7:30 PM AGMP PRESENTS: INTRODUCING play DJ SHADOW'S ENDTRODUCING
Full 10 piece live band Perform DJ Shadows classic album – "Endtroducing"
Take the idea of the "world's first completely sampled album" (Guinness Book of Records) and turn it around by playing the whole thing live.
It's hard to imagine that it's now over a decade since DJ Shadow released his classic debut album 'Endtroducing' – an album that inspired a generation of DJs and musicians alike, and which still sounds as fresh today as it did back in 1996. 'Endtroducing' was a unique piece of work, partly because it made it into the Guinness Book of Records as the 'First Completely Sampled Album', but also because of the intricacy with which, using an Akai MPC60 sampler and an early Pro-Tools set-up, DJ Shadow created completely original-sounding compositions. So, despite being made entirely of samples, it's not an album that could be, or ever has been, played live by a DJ, not even the man himself... until now.
Band leader - Matt Derbyshire : "It's been a mammoth task, obviously, but we're all just really excited to be able to do something so unique and deliver the first ever live performance of one of our favorite records.".
