UK Fan Party - Official Statement

The ballot for tickets to the Twilight Saga: New Moon UK Fan party is closed, and fans who have won tickets have been notified.

For clarification, those notified were emailed by a range of secure gmail.com accounts: uknewmoonfanparty, newmoonfanpartyuk or newmoonukfanpartyevolution. If you have been notified by any other email address, unfortunately your entry to the event will not be valid!

For those who have been successful please remember the following details or otherwise you will be prohibited from entering the party:

  • Please print out your official email and bring it with you to gain entry to Battersea Evolution in order to pick up your tickets on Wednesday 11th November, 2009. There will be a ticket booth outside the venue.
  • Each successful applicant is entitled to two tickets.
  • If you 14 and under you must be accompanied by an adult (18 and over and within your allocation).
  • You will need ID matching the name you entered the ballot with to collect your tickets
  • Tickets can be collected between 2pm - 5pm by providing identification of the name entered in the ballot (identification accepted: passport, birth certificate, driver's licence, cash card, travel card, proof of age card).
  • Doors open 4.30pm - strictly no admittance after 6pm.
  • Refreshments will be available to purchase inside the venue.
  • There is no meet and greet with the cast
  • No Camcorders will be allowed in the venue
  • There is no reserved seating, standing only
  • The car park in the park will not be opened.
  • There is no dress code

7.50pm Live Q&A with Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and director Chris Weitz - hosted by Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw
8.30pm Daisy Dares You
9.00pm Goldhawks
9.30pm Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw
9.50pm New Moon footage
10.00pm Event closes

In the envelope with your tickets will be a question slip to be handed in for the Q&A upon entry to the venue. Please bring a pen.

All entrants will be subject to on-site security checks.

For those who haven't won, there will be a red carpet and fans are welcome to come down and and watch as they would a traditional premiere.
