Once you find the event we can offer up to three ways to purchase tickets:

• Online
• By Phone
• Outlet (Carling Academy venues only)

Online

1. To find an event you can either use the search function or select a region on the home page to browse a list of all venues that have events coming soon in that area.

2. Once you have found the event you are looking for, click the “buy” icon and on the following page:

• Select the type / section / price of ticket. *
• Select the number of tickets.
• Select the delivery method.
• Read and confirm you agree with the Terms.
• Click an action. Can be: 'Proceed', 'Add to Cart' or 'Check Out'. **

* The options presented here vary from one event to another. You may also come across the term "Best Available". This is used on reserved seat events when we're unable to allocate precise seats at the time of you booking. Your seats will be allocated to you on fulfillment and on a first come first served basis instead.

** The options to proceed vary if multiple prices are available - adult and child for example. If this is the case, these options will be presented for you to choose from on the next page.

3. From Check Out you can view the total cost of the order, including booking fees and postage charges, and preview the order before it's submitted.

4. Once submitted and processed successfully, you'll be issued with a confirmation code. This will be displayed on the confirmation screen and sent to you by email at the address provided. Please keep this safe, as it will come in useful should you need to contact us.

If you didn't receive a confirmation code and would like to check whether your order was successful, contact us for assistance. Try and include as much detail as possible; we will require the event name, date and venue you were booking for, along with your name and address details.

By Phone

If you'd rather book over the phone you can call any time on 08700 600 100. Our lowest fees are always available online however.

Outlets

If you want to pay cash for tickets to one of the Carling Academy venues (including the Carling Academy Birmingham, Bristol, Brixton, Glasgow, Islington, Liverpool, Newcastle and the Shepherd’s Bush Empire in London), you can do so in person at the venue itself.

The Carling Academy Brixton and Shepherd’s Bush Empire box offices have limited opening hours. These are just two hours before doors and on show nights only. Both close when gigs start so please check before going and time your arrival carefully.

Check tickets available first

You can save yourself an unnecessary journey or phone call by checking to see if tickets are still available online first. If there are none available the same will apply at the venues.

Please be aware that outlets only sell for events taking place at their own venues and not for any others listed on this site.

If you want to know about cash sales for other events you can try the help desk but we don't often get this information so you may need to look elsewhere.
