Tickets delivered by secure post will need to be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one present to sign for your order at the delivery address you have provided, then a card will be left instructing you to collect your tickets from a collection point near you. You must collect tickets from this collection point.
We cannot be responsible for tickets being signed for at your delivery address by individuals other than yourself. Should you need to change your delivery address please call 0333 321 9990.

Once you have your tickets, treat them like cash - if they are lost or stolen we can't re-issue them.
