My tickets have been lost/stolen/damaged – what can I do?

For a typical ticket - meaning not ticketFast® - the question as to whether we can replace them often depends on the type of access they were valid for.

We regret that we're unable to replace tickets that are for an unreserved level of access. This includes General Admission, Standing and Unreserved Seating tickets. This is unfortunate and we would like to express our sympathy should you find yourself in a situation where your tickets have been misplaced. Our continued investment in new technologies such as e-tickets and scan-on-entry solutions such as eEntry and Access Manager should hopefully one day make these occurrences a thing of the past.

Unless the venue operates a policy that strictly prohibits us from doing so, we may be able to replace tickets for reserved seating. For further assistance, please refer back to the helpdesk.

e-tickets tickets are fully replaceable no matter what happens and because they're scanned on entry we can simply email you replacements, with or without fresh barcodes should you be concerned about any lost originals being used.
