Ticket Limit:

You will be able to apply for and then purchase, if successful, up to 4 tickets per transaction. This excludes any request for 1 personal assistant ticket per deaf or disabled customer. The accessible platform on the ground floor will only be for the use of wheelchair users and 1 accompanying personal assistant per user, if required. Non-wheelchair users will have the choice of seating or standing in both the downstairs and upstairs areas of the venue.

Personal Assistants:

If you apply for a personal assistant ticket as part of your booking and are successful in the ballot, you may be asked to provide evidence to support your need for a personal assistant ticket.

This could include providing one of the following;

  • CredAbility Access Card
  • DLA (Disability Living Allowance)
  • PIP (Personal Independence Payment)
  • Benefits letter or equivalent
  • Registered severely sight impaired card
  • Assistance Dog card

Photocopies will be acceptable and any personal reference or amount, not relating to the booking, should be crossed out. Any supporting evidence when it is received by email or post will be held securely and once reviewed will be securely destroyed. We recognise that the evidence above may not include everyone that has an access requirement.

To avoid being asked for this at a later date, you can register your evidence with the venue now at;


A personal assistant must help with your access to and from the venue and be able to assist you during an emergency. Any requests for additional information will be sent to you by email. You can find some general information on the venue website.
