YOU ARE CORDIALLY INVITED
We’d like to invite you to the UK’s Best Small Festival (The NME Awards). Bring your friends, family and eccentric side, and join us for the third year of Festival No.6. We have created an intimate, bespoke banquet of music, arts and culture in the most incredible festival site you will ever see. Festival No.6 takes place over the weekend of 4-7 September in the magical village of Portmeirion, Wales, home of the cult TV series The Prisoner.
THE MOST STYLISH FESTIVAL SETTING IMAGINABLE
Your weekend will be spent in the most stylish festival setting imaginable. The ocean, mountains and forests are our perimeter fences and the main stage is a Mediterranean inspired coastal village. But Portmeirion is more than just a beautiful backdrop… Watch the village come alive with spontaneous performances, installations, surreal street theatre and impromptu interactive happenings. Festival No.6 is an experience you can completely immerse yourself in and become a part of. From the regency of the Town Hall, to the vibrant Colonnade Gardens, The Stone Boat, The Lighthouse, the estuary of the River Dwyryd, Tangle Woods and The Chinese Lake… Come and explore our idyllic festival peninsula.
MAINSTAGE MOMENTS TO ICONIC, INTIMATE GIGS
The musical bill at Festival No.6 is a unique mix of iconic legends, the freshest up and coming bands and a stunning DJ line-up, plus a few very special guests. In our inaugural year, New Order were so inspired by the location they put on an incredible show, coming on stage in Prisoner outfits and walking away with Best Headline Performance at the UK Festival Awards. Last year, James Blake made his debut headline festival performance at No.6 before going on to win the Mercury Music Prize and Manic Street Preachers announced they were coming back early from their two-year break to play No.6, while Daughter’s intimate set in Portmeirion Town Hall with Joe Duddell and the No.6 ensemble was one of the highlights of the weekend.
