Directions: The arena is situated in central Manchester adjacent to Victoria Station on the A56, three miles from junction 17 of the M62.

Public Transport: Bus - served by numbers 46, 47, 109, 191, 197, 202, 203, 204, 219, 220, 221 & 264. Rail - Victoria Station is served by regional railways. Piccadilly station (Intercity) is located 3/4 of a mile from the arena and is served by taxis or Metro Link to Victoria. Metro Link - Frequent services from Bury and Altrincham (Metrolink enquiries - 0161 205 2000).

Parking: The arena is served by a 1500 capacity onsite car park.

Venue Box Office Information: Open Mon-Sat 10am - 6pm and on Sundays from noon until half an hour after the event starts (Closed on Sundays if there is no event). The box office accepts cash or cheque payments without a booking fee, and credit card payments with a booking fee of 3%.

Age Restrictions: This can vary depending on the event. Please check with the venue prior to booking.

Wheelchair Access: Provisions have been made to cater for wheelchair users. Lifts have been installed and it is possilbe to enter the arena by the access link between Trinity Way and Victoria Station. The Hunts Bank entrance is accessible via, external lift and access from the car park and Victoria Station is possible via the City Room. Reserved seating, with a maximum capacity of 19,500. Seating in the upper tier is classified as being unsuitable for the elderly or infirm. Please contact the venue to make arrangements.

Miscellaneous: There is a video scoreboard for all sporting events. The arena has been acoustically treated and therefore has excellent sound quality. The arena has a large and varied range of refreshment outlets.
